Shout out to our crew of volunteers who helped pour concrete in one of our bus garage stalls last weekend. This will allow us to have an area to better wash and maintain our fleet during the winter months. This week, Food Science classes are learning about baking chemistry by making chocolate chip cookies with a twist. They made up their own recipe! Students learned about the importance of ratios and chemical reactions when baking. #TeachAgEd #WeRWillow
Ms. Emert's 8th graders were doing a "Weathering Chalk" Lab. They investigated how various factors affect the rate at which rocks break down. #WeRWillow
Ms. Emert's 9th grade Science class has been busy doing labs this week.
During this activity, students had to figure out how to separate a mixture based on physical properties of the components. #WeRWillow
