It was an incredible Tuesday for the Larson brothers as Runo Larson and his younger brother Olaf both put up fantastic performances in their respective events!
On the diamond, Senior Runo Larson led the Moose Lake/Willow River Varsity Rebels to a dominant 21-11 victory over the Barnum Bombers. Runo had a standout game, driving in five runs with two hits, including a clutch double in the second inning to bring in three runs. His bat played a major role in helping the Rebels cruise to the win!
Meanwhile, over at the track meet in Moose Lake, Sophomore Olaf Larson soared to victory in the high jump, clearing 5'8" to claim first place. A huge achievement for Olaf in only his second year of high school competition!
What an incredible day for the Larson brothers—one at the plate, the other in the air! We’re excited to see what they’ll accomplish next. Keep it up, boys!
