Mr. Frentress' Construction class has been busy learning to use some new concrete molds that our school was able to purchase with our Career & Tech Ed grant. Students have been exploring how to prepare the molds, the correct ratio of the mixture, how to use the dye, how to get them to settle and the curing process. Lots of hands on learning, combined with science and math. #CTE #WeRWillow

Pine County Public Health is having two evening, walk-up clinics at Hinckley-Finlayson High School. No appointment or insurance required. The only requirement is that you are at least 18 years old. We can do first or second doses of Moderna.

As part of Mr. Rushmeyer's 9th grade "Attitudes and Actions" class, students will be performing community service and other activities to help benefit the school and Willow River community on Mondays during the final two months of school. If you (or someone you know) live in town and would need help with basic lawn maintenance (raking leaves, cleaning up pine cones/branches, etc.) or have any ideas for these students to help improve our community, please email Mr. Rushmeyer at brushmeyer@isd577.org. #WeRWillow #StrongerTogether
