Willow River Area School received eight nominations for students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade to sing at UMD's Middle Level Honor Choir. They traveled to Duluth with Ms. Brophy and performed with over 180 students from 20 schools in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our students sang and studied choral technique at multiple workshops throughout the day with Texas director Christopher Fiorini, before performing a concert of 5 songs, including "Hold Fast to Dreams."
